In November 2025, the GenEvo PhD student representatives conducted a general survey in collaboration with the IPP and GenEvo coordinators. This survey allowed the second and third cohorts of GenEvo students to share their feedback on the current state of affairs within GenEvo, as well as on their PhD experience more broadly. The survey was anonymous, and the results were presented summarised to all GenEvo PhD students in March 2026, followed by a 90-minute discussion. In the coming months, the results and suggestions will be shared with the Steering Committee who will implement adjustments where necessary.
